RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Australian orders- are accepted for a full refund (excluding postage) on full priced items or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note shipping costs are non refundable. 

International orders- unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of Australia at this time


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Please email our customer care to advise that you will be returning your item(s) at: info@monocromadecor.com.au
  2. Fill out the Returns/Exchanges form enclosed with your purchase and ensure to include your name and order number. 
  3. Items being returned must be;
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Un-used
  • Un-washed
  1. Please return to the following address: Monocroma Decor Returns U22/6-14 Wells Road Oakleigh, 3166 VIC Australia (we recommend returning the item with a tracking number, and insurance with your chosen shipping carrier as Monocroma Decor is not liable for any returns that are lost in transit or received damaged).
  • If items returned have been used or returned outside our policies timeframe we have the right to return to sender
  • We do not provide a returns shipping label, this is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEM
Each item is carefully packaged prior to dispatch however if your item is received damaged during transit please email us at: info@monocromadecor.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the goods advising the details and photos so that we can arrange a refund or replacement

RETURNS SHIPPING COST
Unfortunately we cannot cover cost of return shipping, this is at the customers expense and is not refundable. 

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for another item of lesser value we will credit the remaining amount to your account.
If you wish to exchange an item for another item of greater value, the original item value will be credited towards the new item you wish to exchange it for.

Exchanges are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving goods into our warehouse and we will cover the shipping cost on your first exchange only. Any additional exchanges are at the customers expense. 

SALE ITEMS
Products that have been marked down are strictly non-refundable therefore we ask you to please choose carefully.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
Once your returned item has been received, you will advised via email. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving. Once your refund has been processed please allow 3-5 days for the funds to return to your account.
