SHIPPING POSTAGE COSTS
Orders are sent via Australia Post with a flat rate of $9.95 for regular postage and handling. Please allow between 3-5 business days to receive goods.
Free shipping on all orders over $150 (Australia wide only)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are sent via Australia Post international express with a flat rate of $60. Please allow 6-10 business days to receive goods. 

DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email instantly. Please note orders take within 24-48 hours to process. Orders are dispatched each day at 3:00pm. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.   
Any orders placed on Friday evening, Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the following business day being Monday (unless there’s a public holiday).
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home when the item is delivered, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office/depot, which you can collect from there (a card will be left in your letterbox detailing retrieval information).

DUTIES & TAXES
Monocroma Decor are not responsible for any taxes and duties that may be incurred once the goods enters the destination country. We have no way knowing what the charges may be, however it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges in order to clear the package from customs.
